The chemical washing technique, also known as architectural washing, is used for non-ferrous metal parts and architectural projects.
By entrusting us with your projects, you can be sure that all your projects will meet the current AAMA 2603 and 2604 standards.
Additionally, our 5-step process ensures excellent results in the salt fog test, with a duration of 4000 hours.
Quality control
We control every phase: receipt, preparation, application, and curing. Appearance, uniformity, masking, and thickness are measured. Any deviations are recorded and corrected immediately.
During the batch, a sample item is validated by a quality manager. Necessary adjustments are made, and decisions are documented for consistent reproduction.
Before shipment, a final inspection is carried out, masking is removed, and cleaning is done. The parts are carefully packaged, labeled (PO, batch, color/texture), and documented for traceability.
