How do we proceed?
Receiving
the mandate
We validate the context (parts, volumes, deadlines), appearance expectations (shade, gloss, texture), and functional areas to protect.We confirm the next steps.
Preparation
(sandblasting/washing)
We perform the necessary preparation: sandblasting and/or chemical washing, then masking of functional areas. This phaseconditions adhesion, visual regularity, and finish durability.
Paint
application
Controlled application to obtain a uniform appearance and thickness that meets expectations. Visual checks are carried outcontinuously to maintain consistency from one batch to another.
Quality
control
Inspection at critical points and validation of expected compliance. If necessary, targeted touch-ups before packaging to ensure aclean and uniform result.
Delivery
Adapted protective packaging (foams, dividers, covers) and clear labeling: PO, batch, color/texture, part orientation. Delivery slipattached; batch photo available upon request. Dock pickup, planned delivery, or carrier: we coordinate the time slot and handlinginstructions.
